Catherine Thompson, Co-Owner of C&P Bookkeeping and Taxes, is a proud entrepreneur who launched her first business in the early nineties by successfully owning and operating a child day care center in South Houston. She completed her education in the computer accounting, tax, and bookkeeping industry in 1999. Her credentials include:

• Diploma in ACAP and certifications in Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint from the Success Institute of Business
• Christian volunteer counselor at the Houston Downtown Pregnancy Center
• Graduate and member of the En-Route to Destiny, Purity With The Purpose Program, and volunteer ministering to the homeless
• Founder of Success Solutions, Bookkeeping and Taxes, established in 2011
• Notary Public

Catherine is a native of Houston, Texas with over 25 years of bookkeeping & Tax expertise who proudly raised four children of her own, and a grandmother of two grandsons. Catherine spends her quality time enjoying her family, hobbies, and helping others.

Perla Licona, Co-Owner of C&P Bookkeeping and Taxes, holds a bachelor’s degree in Professional Accounting and Finance from the University of Houston – Clear Lake. With over 12 years of comprehensive accounting expertise, Perla has built a successful career in the banking industry for over 7 years and in non-profit accounting for over 2 years. This extensive experience inspired her to achieve her goal of opening a business.

Currently, she manages and owns C&P Bookkeeping and Taxes. Perla is also an active volunteer at her local church, teaching youth in ministry. She is a proud mother of three daughters and a dedicated wife. Born in Mexico, Perla moved to the US with her family at the age of 16 and has called Pasadena, Texas home for the past 23 years.
